We have this request a lot, but unfortunately we do not. We are not a dealership and have nothing to sell you.
We call your lender together to get a 20-day payoff and title information. If your offer is more than the payoff, we issue two checks: one to the lender for the payoff amount and one to you for the positive equity difference that day. If your offer is less than the payoff, you will be required to bring the difference to CarZeus in the form of a cashier’s check. This allows us to send the whole amount to pay off your loan and obtain title.
Between banks and the state issuing titles, this process is about 3 weeks but not to be concerned, we have you sign documents the day of the sale so you don’t have to worry about this part.
